List of scheduled Intemann Trail Committee (ITC) events for 2009: Monday, April 20 at 7 pm. Manitou Springs City Hall Council Chambers - "Ya'll Come By" meeting to talk about the upcoming season, display trail tools, sign up new volunteers, and gather ideas. Workdays (all at 8:30 a.m. Saturday. Volunteers meet at Manitou Springs City Hall, 606 Manitou Avenue) May 9 - workday June 13 - workday July - optional workday August 1 - workday September 12 - workday Ocotober 10 - workday Workdays last till about 3 p.m., followed by a free potluck dinner for all the day's volunteers. For more information, call Ken Jordan at (719) 473-4143 or e-mail itc@intemann-trail.com     Welcome to the website for the Paul Intemann Memorial Nature Trail, a 5-mile mountain trail above Manitou Springs, Colorado, that was entirely built and continues to be maintained by Intemann Trail Committee (ITC) volunteers. Apologies for some of the trailhead links still not working -- our webmaster swears he will have them up soon (ho-ho). Among the browsable items are our upcoming workdays, a trail map, the trail history, the Section 16 to Crystal Park Road trailhead link, and archived copies of the ITC's twice-annual newsletter, Foot Notes     When active, the trailhead links at the left will follow from the easternmost Section 16 trailhead to our westernmost trailhead, the Iron Spring. Plans are also in the works for an interactive map that will allow users to click on trail sections and get information about their flora, fauna, points of interest and degree of difficulty.     (Note: links with an asterisk (*) are not currently operable.)
